Social Responsibility

At ONE Jeanswear Group we believe that everyone has the right to work in safe, ethical and humane working conditions. We work with a base of factories spanning several countries and have forged strong relationships with each of them to help ensure they adhere to our high compliance standards. The health and safety of the workers in these factories and the environmental impacts of production are of the utmost importance to us and as such we have a robust system in place to monitor compliance.

OJG regularly performs Code of Conduct audits on our major suppliers and also holds vendor summits that allow us to educate our suppliers, work through problems and innovate towards a better future.

We require all of our suppliers to participate in the HIGG Index and also submit wastewater test results.

We calculate our carbon footprint annually and we have reduced our impact in excess of 5% compared to our prior year disclosure.

Philanthropy

Malawi Youth Project

Beginning in 2014, One Jeanswear Group began donating uniforms to the Legson Kayira School in Malawi. Our team, along with our vendor partner Africa Apparel designed and produced the uniforms. In 2016, OJG again donated uniforms as well as school supplies to 300 deserving students at the Legson Kayira School.

Boys & Girls Club,
Passaic County

The Boys & Girls Club is an organization that provides young boys and girls with a safe place to learn and grow, enabling them to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. As part of the Passaic County chapter’s efforts to assist young members with getting accepted into colleges, they conducted a fashion show, which had approximately 200 people in attendance. One Jeanswear Group donated clothing to the club for the event and distributed it to the children accordingly.
